On this page, we would like to introduce the basic usage of Collect.
Form Creation
First, choose from the following options for creating a form.
You can choose between "Details" and "Easy".
Select "Details" if you want to set up the details,
or choose "Easy" if you want to create the file in a short period of time.
Once you have selected the creation method, you can enter the fields.
If you do not know what this item is, press the ">Tips!" or ">Tips?" symbol next to the title to get an explanation.
The "password" is always required, so make sure it is easy to understand.
(It will be in your email, so look back at your email if you forget it.)
If you set "Collecting applications in the portal" to public, it will be open to all visitors to the Collect site, and if you do not make it public on a limited basis, it will be easier to gather feedback if you make it public.
When you have completed the form, click "Check the input contents" and then "Send" to complete the form.

After creating the form, you will receive an e-mail like this one.
Please check the contents and access each URL.
Collec applications
When you jump to the "Management Page," you will see a screen like the one above,
where you can call for applications via SNS and other means.

Using the above methods, let the people who want to apply know the URL and gather ideas and opinions.
Applicants should enter the following information to apply.
- Applicant's name [required]
- E-mail address
- Title [required]
- Main text
- Image (1)
Since you can submit an application with only a name and title, it is a hassle-free way to solicit applications.
Selection
Once we have gathered input from everyone, we will select the opinions gathered.
The procedure is to...
1. Sort in order of your favorites
2. Add a star to the list [Required]
3. Move on to the final selection (only those with stars will be displayed)
4. Select the one(s) you want to "adopt"
If you sort or add stars, be sure to press "Save".
If you have had people vote, the number of votes will be displayed, so you may want to use that as a reference for your selection.
Although the "Notify All Applicants" and "Notify Only Winners" functions are available, they will not be sent to those who have not entered their e-mail addresses, so you can be sure that the URL for the results announcement in the next step will be given directly to them.
If you enter a "Comment at the time of announcement," you will be able to send a letter to everyone on the results announcement screen, so write down your feelings of gratitude and tell everyone about it.

Once the selection has been made or the voting is complete, let everyone know the results.
